In ancient time Abhimanyu learned about how to break chakravyuh while his father Arjuna was telling his wife Subhadra about this art during her pregnancy. Later Abhimanyu successfully broke the trap but at last step he could not find the way to get out and was killed. It is said that Subhadra slept and the baby could not learn about the last step.
This is a fact that connection with the baby starts during pregnancy only. Baby can hear mothers voice and can feel the touch also.
How to connect:
- Touch your stomach, massage it gently. Your gentle and loving touch will send positive vibes to the baby.
- Sing a song for baby. Research shows that whatever song or poem your baby listens to, since six weeks of pregnancy, he can recognize those songs even after his birth as well.
- Say good morning, good night and I love you to your baby everyday.
- Close your eyes, keep your hand on your stomach, take 5 deep breaths and tell your baby that you love him, how eagerly you both are waiting for him how important he is for you.
- Eat healthy food, as this is the best way to bring up a healthy and happy baby.
- Listen to mantras, soft classical music as these leave calming effect on baby.
- Whenever you are stressed or angry think of good things or do something that calms you and makes you happy. Later you can discuss your worries with your baby when you are calm, this and develop understanding and empathy in your baby.
- During pregnancy if father of baby gives love and affection to the mother it gives tremendous joy to the baby and they connect well to the father. Father should also talk to the baby in womb.
- Read good books and stories to your baby.
- Look at the ultrasound scan, try to figure out whom does he look like. Close your eyes and try imagine his/her face.
