Stress


Stress is one of the common term that people strongly uses these days because of the fact that individual’s life has become so difficult and complicated that in today’s scenario taking stress has become a major factor of being workaholic or not able to manage time between family, relationships and work as well. Along with it, work life imbalance because of not taking time out for you self and family as well can trigger the level of stressors in individual’s life. Besides those environmental factors such as earthquakes, fire, pollution crowding are some other factors that affects the health of an individual. Stress can lead to various changes in life that can lead to hassles, burn outs, frustration, and conflict with family or friends.
Some of the factors that can control stress in individual’s life are:
  •  Meditation
  • Self hypnosis 
  •  Positive affirmations
  • Yoga
  •  Exercise
  • Rest, Relaxation and Sleep
  • Minimizing environmental stress
